A book on photographer Karl Blossfeldt and his work process. The book was created to highlight his photography. The design of the book was created in such a way that the typography is to become invisible to let his work shine. I added a single spot color in order to add a bit more visual interest to the design. I focused on a grid to hold the book together. After the print book was created, I then worked on an ebook layout to translate the piece into the digital format. A few minor adjustments had to be made, but the book holds together as a piece in print and in the digital form.
